Institutional Capital, Simplified
Deploying large amounts of capital can be overwhelming. We come alongside the leadership teams of Christian organizations to develop an investment process that aligns with their worldview and serves their stakeholders. We typically do this in three ways — and are happy to tailor our services to fit an organization’s needs.
Three Ways We Serve
Investment Committee Consulting
We most commonly act as an advisor to the investment committees of faith-based endowments, non-profits, and universities. In addition to providing asset allocation recommendations, we assist in selecting managers across those asset classes and provide clean, concise performance reporting.
Outsourced Chief Investment Officer
Our OCIO services are similar to our Investment Committee Consulting, except that as an OCIO we make investment decisions on behalf of our clients — further streamlining the process and reducing the time it takes to implement or augment an investment strategy.
Fund Performance Reporting
Even when we don’t assist clients with allocation and manager selection, we are happy to leverage our software tools to provide quarterly and annual reporting — ensuring the transparency of their own investment decisions.
Who We Serve
We partner with faith-driven institutions who see their capital as an instrument of God’s love in the world.
We help endowments steward capital across generations, supporting the missions of churches, universities, and nonprofit institutions.
Faith-driven foundations trust us to align their investment portfolios with the Kingdom work they are called to advance.
We serve multi-generational families seeking to deploy their wealth as an instrument of God’s love, not merely as a store of value.
Oak City holds CEFEX certification from the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence — independently verified each year — so the institutions we serve can trust that our process meets a rigorous global standard of fiduciary care.
